Privacy policy

Valor Hunter collects only the data required for authentication, usage preferences, reading records, operational events, account security and customer support.

On first access, mandatory registration collects name, email, phone and address to create the account, protect access and allow future support or commercial recovery contact according to the consent provided in the form.

When a user uses a promotional coupon such as VHUNTER30, we record campaign origin, consent, checkout events and anti-fraud metadata to apply the promotion with a card through the payment provider and measure conversion. Card financial data is processed by an external provider, not by Valor Hunter.

No bank-account financial data is held by the platform. When a charge or card trial exists, payment data is collected and processed by a specialized external provider.

Data is used to authenticate users, deliver analysis, protect access, audit errors, limit API abuse and meet support and security obligations.

In the Android app, notification tokens, platform, app version and device name may also be recorded when available. These are used only to deliver alerts, diagnose failures and maintain operational security.

Biometrics, when enabled, are validated by the device operating system itself. Valor Hunter does not receive, store or process biometric data.

Operations may use providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Firebase, Resend, Stripe, Asaas and monitoring tools. Valor Hunter does not sell personal data.

Authenticated users can request export of their own data via GET /api/account/data. Deletion requires explicit confirmation via DELETE /api/account/data with the safety phrase indicated by the API.

Odds snapshots follow an operational retention routine. Data may be preserved for a reasonable period when needed for security, audit, support, legal compliance or abuse prevention.
