Refund policy
Valor Hunter offers a free trial when stated on the commercial page and activated with a card at checkout. During that period, users can cancel the subscription at any time through the customer portal without renewal cost.
After a confirmed charge, refund requests are not automatic. Each case is reviewed individually, considering usage history, request date and the nature of the reported problem.
When a refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout and will follow the operational timelines of the card issuer and Stripe.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not immediately remove access already paid for in the current cycle, except in cases of fraud, chargeback or serious Terms of Use violations.
To request a refund review, contact the Support Center with the account email, charge date and request context. Our initial response target is up to 3 business days.
